Gene Ference, MS, PhD is an industrial psychologist, organizational development specialist, group facilitator and conference speaker with more than 30 years of experience in assessing people, building performance cultures and developing brand-engagement strategies. With a background of advanced degrees from Cornell University, he graduated magna cum laude and was elected to the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society. With post-doctoral certification in Change Management Leadership from NTL Institute and faculty teaching positions at Cornell, Gene blends operational experience with best practices and peak-performance mindsets. Dr. Ference conducts leadership retreats, management workshops and corporate meetings. As an executive coach, he develops managerial talent through one-on-one and small-group programs that focus on refining interpersonal skills, optimizing team dynamics, and career planning. He is an active member of the International Society of Hospitality Consultants (www.ishc.com).
